Reservations

How to book a table
Simply use the search bar on the homepage to find a restaurant. Select your preferred date, time, and party size, then click "Book Now". You'll receive an instant confirmation via email.
Modifying a booking
You can modify your reservation by visiting your "My Profile" page. Locate the booking under "My Reservations" and click the edit icon to change the date or party size.
Cancellation policy
Most restaurants allow free cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking. Specific policies for each restaurant are displayed during the booking process.
Large group bookings
For parties larger than 10, some restaurants require direct contact. This will be indicated on the restaurant's page. Alternatively, you can email our group booking desk.

Account

Setting up your profile
Click the user icon in the top right corner to access your profile. Here you can update your name, email, and notification preferences.
Resetting your password
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@reservehub.com. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Payments & Refunds

Is there a booking fee?
ReserveHub is completely free for diners! We do not charge any booking fees. Some restaurants may require a deposit for special events or large groups.
How to request a refund
If you paid a deposit through ReserveHub and cancelled within the allowed window, the refund is processed automatically. It usually takes 5-10 business days.
Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for any required deposits.

Interested in joining our network? Visit our 'Partners' page and fill out the application form. Our team will contact you within 48 hours.
Managing your availability
Partners get access to the ReserveHub Merchant Dashboard to manage floor plans, block times, and view real-time booking data.
